• Aim to show as much detail of our products as we can, but if you are unsure about any specific detail then please do not hesitate to contact us and we can arrange for more images to be sent to you.  Please email enquiries@madeinindia.co.uk
• Since most of our items are either handmade, hand painted or both, there will be slight variations from the images shown. So if in doubt, please email us and we will send you the exact image of your purchased item.
• We are careful when publishing measurements, but if the piece you are considering needs to be an exact measurement, then please contact us and we can recheck the sizes.
• Although measurements are provided for each product, they can seem a little abstract for some buyers.  We suggest first measuring a similar sized household object, to the one you are thinking of buying, so you can better visualise the size of your intended purchase.
• We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours (outside of weekends and public holidays).  Most small items are then sent by Royal Mail SECOND Class Delivery and larger ones by courier service.  Note we ONLY deliver to the UK.
• As we are a new online retailer, there will be mistakes in the content or design of the website.  We hope you can bear with us, and follow our journey to becoming an established, respected and ethical brand over the coming months and years.
